Cleaning services for landlords
We offer a variety of services for landlords, including end-of-tenancy cleaning. For multi-occupancy buildings we can also offer a weekly or monthly cleaning service for communal areas such as hallways, kitchens and shared bathrooms. This can help ensure your property remains in good order and can avoid the need for a deep clean at the end of the year.

If you employ your own cleaners then we can provide cover for maternity, holidays and sickness absence even at short notice.
Safety & security is a top priority.
All cleaning activities are fully risk assessed before we undertake a contract. A company specific health and safety policy will be devised by Time 2 Sparkle (in conjunction with your company’s health and safety requirements) and a copy will be sent to you. Staff members will follow our policy in order to minimise risk at all times. We can also provide COSHH sheets for the cleaning products we use to ensure compliance with Health and Safety regulations.
Keys are retained by management and signed-out and signed-in by staff. We only employ cleaners that have been personally recommended to us, and they are fully trained and DBS Checked (formally CRB). We also hold £2 million public liability insurance.
