Our success is shaped by our people which is why it is imperative that we employ staff members who share our values and ethics. Our recruitment and selection process is strict because we want the best of the best in our team. All candidates are interviewed by two managers in the comfort of their own home. Every new member of staff has their references checked and an enhanced DBS will be performed prior to commencing employment with Time 2 Sparkle.
Once someone starts with us they will be required to complete a 1 week induction. This will give them time to read all of our polices, shadow our team and show us that they share our motivation to make every property sparkle. All staff members will be required to complete their NVQ Level 2 in Cleaning & Support Services within the first 12 months of employment.
All of our cleaners wear a smart uniform and name badge. We carry out regular spot-checks to ensure our high standards are being maintained, and we encourage customers to provide feedback so that we can continually improve our service.
We are fully insured for all the work we undertake. Your keys are retained by management, in a locked safe then signed-out and signed-in by staff as and when needed. We also provide all the cleaning products and equipment at no extra cost.
